Why am I always so hungry at this time of night? I guess it’s my body’s way of telling me to sleep, but the gurgling and grumbling of my stomach is sometimes so loud that I feel I need to satisfy it before heading to slumber. Current thoughts: to eat or not to eat?

A favourite thing to eat at this time of night is cereal! Particularly granola! It is so satisfyingly crunchy and the coolness of the milk is refreshing. However, tonight I will not eat but instead head to sleep after this blog post.
